Silverstone The weather was good and the racing great. Ian started third but got away badly (again!!!) and dropped to the end of a six car train which, on a track covered in oil. They all circulated together for approx 3 laps before Tony Keele spun off, then Anthony Ross (right in front of Ian on the main straight which forced Ian to put all four wheels on the grass allowing Grant Clearwater past.) Then Mike Scott spun so Ian was now fourth. He spent the remainder of the race in a battle with Grant and finally Richard Kendle who Ian passed on the last lap to finish second and win my class. Whew!!!. Micheal Lyons won again. The new season starts on 5th April 2009 at Donington. See you all there! 18th October 2008
