About Ian Gray

Ian Gray, Irish living in Nottinghamshire, has always been a motor racing fan and was a big John Watson fan from the early 60’s. In 2004 he decided to fulfil his life long ambition to race and sought out Watson's Brabham BT30 in which to make his racing debut in the HSCC Classic racing Car Championship. To comply with the championship rules the car currently runs without slicks and wings. Early in 2007 when the ex. Watson BT16 came on
the market he took the opportunity to add it to his stable. Helmet design and colours closely resemble those used by Watson during his career.
